Property management firm, Collier & Madge, has appointed facilities management helpdesk provider, Propertyserve UK, to install a bespoke national helpdesk. The aim of the appointment is to further enhance the level of service provided to occupiers and to provide round the clock care.
Collier & Madge is a niche property management firm focusing on ‘first class’ financial management. With active director involvement at all levels, clients receive a high level of advice which promotes an effective management strategy to achieve client goals. The company places a strong emphasis on communication with landlords and their occupiers and implements a structured FM approach.
The company appointed Propertyserve UK to manage its helpdesk facility at the beginning of 2014. The contract covers its entire managed portfolio, 24/7.
